Klaus is a category-defining quality management platform for customer support teams that makes giving internal feedback easy and systematic. Support teams in companies such as Doodle, Pipedrive, Epic Games, Automattic and SoundCloud use Klaus to review & impurrrove their customer service quality.

Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking to expand our engineering team in our office in Tallinn, Estonia or remotely from anywhere between UTC-1 and UTC+4.

What to expect? 🧐 

  • Mission driven development with 6-weeks development cycle
  • High level of independence and trust, you decide how implementation is done
  • Working independently in a team and delivering high-quality code in a timely manner
  • Working closely with UX, design, and backend engineering to define requirements, interfaces, and deliverables
  • Creating and maintaining components in our in-house library
  • Performing code reviews and provide feedback to your peers
  • Writing automated tests

Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎 

  • At least 3 years of experience with a focus on front-end development
  • Exceptional understanding of modern JavaScript and frameworks like Vue.js or React
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Experience with automated test frameworks like Cypress or TestCafe
  • Have a passion for smooth, well-thought-out interfaces
  • Comfortable with working remotely in English across departments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Working experience with TypeScript is a plus
