Support teams in companies such as Wise, Pipedrive, Epic Games, and SoundCloud use Klaus to review & impurrrove their customer service quality.
Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to ensure the Klaus club keeps growing. You can join our office in Tallinn, Estonia or remotely from anywhere between UTC-1 and UTC+4.
What to expect? 🧐
- Playing a crucial role in taking Klaus to the next level, building our go-to-market sales team and strategy
- Managing the full sales cycle of inbound SMB requests and using your outbound skills to connect with our sales team
- Working with our marketing and partnerships teams, travelling to events (when possible)
- Reporting to the Head of Sales in Amsterdam and working with experienced colleagues from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk based in Tallinn, Lisbon, and Switzerland (and expanding!)
Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎
- 1+ years experience in sales development or similar role
- Experience with a broad range of mid-market and enterprise companies
- Confident in building an outbound pipeline as well as managing inbound leads
- Data-driven, maintaining high CRM standards to understand performance and detect room for improvement
- Knowledge of German on a native level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (we work in English)
- Team player, comfortable working remotely
- Experience in CX is a plus but not required
