Support teams in companies such as Wise, Pipedrive, Epic Games, and SoundCloud use Klaus to review & impurrrove their customer service quality. 

Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking to expand our Machine Learning and Data team in the office in Tallinn, Estonia or remotely from anywhere between UTC-1 and UTC+4.

What to expect? 🧐

• High level of independence and trust, you decide how the implementation is done
• Keeping track of your own tasks and nudging others whenever something looks stuck
• Building and evaluating tooling for data processing and other machine learning needs
• Working together with the data scientists to implement research models in production and developing solutions for preprocessing of structured and unstructured data in data pipelines
• Developing scalable methodologies for running and monitoring machine-learning models in production
  

Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎

• At least 6 years of experience in software development or data engineering and an interest in machine learning
• Proven track record as a solid software engineer with a focus on Python-based software development
• Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies
• Comfortable working independently, in English and in a remote setting
• It's a huge plus if you have experience with cloud-native technologies like Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka
• It's a huge plus if you have experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
