Support teams in companies such as Wise, Pipedrive, Epic Games, and SoundCloud use Klaus to review & impurrrove their customer service quality.
Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking for an Account Executive to ensure the Klaus club keeps growing. You can join our office in Tallinn, Estonia, or remotely from anywhere between UTC-1 and UTC+4.
What to expect? 🧐
- We’re just getting started, so you’ll be a crucial part of building our go-to-market sales team and strategy, helping take Klaus to the next level
- Running the full sales cycle with our mid-market customers from outbound to signature
- Managing inbound requests and building outbound pipelines targeting enterprise companies around the world
- Working with our marketing and partnerships teams and travelling to clients and events
- Working with experienced colleagues from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk based in Estonia, Portugal, Italy, and the Netherlands (and expanding!)
Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, from the first contact to closing
- Experience working with a broad range of mid-market and enterprise companies, managing multiple levels of stakeholders
- Proven track record converting inbound leads and working with existing customers to grow partnerships
- Confident in building outbound pipelines. From designing and implementing a key account strategy to finding creative ways to start conversations
- Enjoy working with marketing to help concoct and execute successful campaigns and events
- Understand the value of partnerships and building relationships with our ecosystem, agencies, and the customer service community
- Data-driven, maintaining high CRM standards to understand what’s working and what can be improved
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (our work language is English)
- A team player but experienced working remotely
- Experience in CX is a plus as it helps to understand the customer, but it’s not required
