Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative based in North America to ensure the Klaus club keeps growing.
What to expect? 🧐
- Using your outbound skills to help potential customers to connect with our sales team
- Working with our marketing and partnerships teams, travelling to events (when possible)
- Reporting to the Head of Sales in North America and working with experienced colleagues from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk based in the US, Canada, Amsterdam, Tallinn, Lisbon, and Switzerland (and expanding!)
Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎
- 1+ years experience in sales development or a similar role
- Experience with a broad range of mid-market and enterprise companies
- Confident in building an outbound pipeline as well as managing inbound leads
- Data-driven, maintaining high CRM standards to understand performance and detect room for improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (we work in English)
- Team player, comfortable working remotely
- Experience in CX is a plus but not required
