Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the remote-first mindset from day one. We're looking to expand our engineering team in the office in Tallinn, Estonia or remotely from anywhere between UTC-1 and UTC+4.

What to expect? 🧐

• Carry out manual testing during the 6-week development cycle and in parallel with off-cycle developments. Identify and report any issues found, also confirm that these issues have been resolved.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand how changes might impact the existing system and identify potential risks.
• Take full ownership of your projects - ensure that the development cycle follows our QA processes, schedule, and requirements
• Play the role of an automation engineer - design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
• Be open to assisting your teammates, sharing your knowledge with them, and learning from them.

Okay! But what are the expectations? 😎

• 3+ years of experience with software testing.
• Skilled in manual testing, both UI and API.
• Have basic programming knowledge for writing automated tests (Typescript & Cypress).
• Ability to swiftly and smoothly transition between tasks under high pressure.
• Able to communicate openly and not afraid to ask questions.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend both the big picture and the details within it.
• Have a high level of self-organization skills, ownership, and responsibility to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working remotely in English across various departments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
